cut out rust, take out everything out, start with only wheels and shell

well in that case yes, but why spend 3500 if you're just using the rolling shell.

Buy something thats a rolling shell already for cheaper it'll save you having to remove engine etc,,,

trust me i would if there was one for sale, and ive seen 2 other rolling shells already that are both over $5000, its stupid

Yeah too much rust to waste time cutting it out. There are a few out there around that price or cheaper in better condition. If i see one around i'll let you know.
